This hotel is exceptional in every way. I love staying in historic places and the old firehouse is perfect. The decor is tasteful and detailed. The entire place is spotless. Every corner is cozy and comfy. It’s in an excellent location to access Boston and Cambridge. The staff is friendly and accommodating. This was my second stay and I will definitely be returning for more. Lovely all around.

We were on the top floor, and next to us was a covered atrium with tables, chairs and internet, that was very nice to sit in and have breakfast. The breakfast was very nice (although I would have liked to have some sort of vegetables). The early check-in payment ($50+tax) was very good, as it also included breakfast on that morning. The location is excellent, as we could walk 5 minutes to the river, and 2 minutes to the subway stations. The whole vibe of the hotel was fun and interesting.

Staff was nice, room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. Bar/Restaurant staff was also very nice. Breakfast was delicious, had great options to choose from and crispy bacon. The history of the hotel was also wonderful to hear about and to see in the decorations of the hotel. The free wine tasting was also nice to enjoy. The gift bag on the door was extremely nice since it was not expected. I have never received a gift/goodie bag from any other hotel before.

The rooms are very comfortable and the staff is great. Super helpful. When a leak developed in our room, they quickly gave us a key to a new room and offered a bottle of wine.

Very great decor, cozy, nice staff at check-in. I got upgraded to a suite at no extra cost due to my room given to another customer with special needs. Very quiet, comfortable bed, and great kitchen. It was a great surprise!

We loved it! Room was comfy, clean and perfect for our needs. Complimentary healthy snacks and water were delivered to our room shortly after our arrival. We also took advantage of the free wine tasting which was very much anticipated! Enjoyed delicious sangria as well. Breakfast was plentiful - so many choices! And the coffee was AHH-MAAY-ZINNG. I've been talking about that coffee since we had it!

The location of the hotel is perfect. We were able to take the metro which is just steps away from the hotel. I also really loved all of the thoughtful touches throughout the hotel. Clearly, this was a project of the heart the owners. We are already planning our return trip for May of 2024.

The room was clean and tidy and the hotel has a strong character with little fire engines miniature all over the hallways. The location is excellent and closed to the metro station to get to the city centre in less than 15m or with a nice walk. Very convenient to visit MIT which is

Fabulous old building in a converted fire station which was really quirky and had lots of the original fixtures and fittings. We had the suite/ apartment which was beautifully appointed and very well equipped . fixtures and fittings were lovely and the bed was so comfortable. Good choice of cooked breakfast . Staff on reception were fabulous . Great location 5 mins walk from the metro

Great location close to the subway and only 10-15 minutes from both the centre of Boston and Harvard. The staff were welcoming on arrival and the room was large and bright with comfortable bed. Breakfast choice was excellent with a choice of eating outside or in the comfortable lounge.
